We hope you love your HYME delivery - that's why we've made shipping as easy as possible. All of our shipping is tracked - you will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been packed.

Zone 2 includes Czech Republic, France, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Spain, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, Vatican City
Zone 3 includes Andorra, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Irland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
* Duties and taxes paid by HYME. (Croatia, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom are unpaid.)

* All countries outside the Europe (Croatia, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom included) may be subject to local taxes and duties. These are not included in the final price. Any imposed customs fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods.

How We Process Your Order
When you make an order on hymebeauty.com, we will send you a confirmation email (this won't take long!)Our team will then process the order within a day or so, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers. My Shipping Address Is Wrong
If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked and packed. Please email us as soon as possible at service@hymebeauty.com and we can amend the shipment address for you.Important Information

- Orders are dispatched Monday - Saturday.
- Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period.
